Starting Guitar lessons: What to expect

From beginner to advanced we will get tuned up and ready to play! If you are new to lessons or a returning student. Whether it is for you or your child who is showing interest in music. All you will need to bring your lessons is your acoustic or electric guitar and if applicable lesson materials (handouts, method books, etc. ). If you have an electric guitar amp feel free to bring it along if you prefer or have questions about the amp setup.

Custom-tailored Plan

There will be “assignments” of similar material for each student, a custom path will be mapped out as the lessons progress. Over time this keeps lessons and practice more interesting and exciting because we will be learning what YOU want to learn and play. During our lessons we will tackle, tone, alternate tunings, picking techniques, theory, notation and rhythm reading and more! I will also answer any questions and give practice tips for the most efficient practice time toward your guitar greatness.
